I served as a production assistant for Bobbie Baby Formula's 3-part event series honoring Alex Morgan's retirement from the San Diego Wave, spanning Carlsbad, Encinitas, and culminating at Snapdragon Stadium for her final game. I managed pre-production inventory, setup, teardown, and on-site operations for all three events, coordinating food trucks, interactive photo moments, flower displays, and giveaways. My role required real-time problem solving and adaptability to ensure seamless execution across multiple venues and large crowds throughout the weekend.
